The Chief Project management function has a huge impact on how our Projects are executed and launched across Volvo Penta with a 360 degree business perspective. This position offers excellent opportunities for you to use your own experience and initiative power to carry out continuous improvement initiatives.
Your focus areas will be
Lead and develop the Chief Project Management function with a focus on business and customer value
Drive Operational and Process development
Member of the PMO management team. The PMO management team covers a complete delivery of Projects and process development

Your qualifications
You are an appreciated and experienced leader
We are looking for a great leader with a passion for Project Management to lead and develop our Chief Project Managers. You are appreciated for your ability to develop and bring the best out of individuals as well as the organization. You have a positive spirit and believe in bringing your team forward.
Proven capability of managing complex projects with high business impact
Project management experience from Volvo Group and Volvo's Development Process is a beneficial merit
Excellent communication and presentation skills
You can easily reach across functions, processes and organization
Integrity and openness
You have a capability to prepare, anchor and take decisions
