What you will do:
• Develop and implement internal communication plans and strategies.
• Spearhead engagement initiatives aimed at building a positive work culture.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance interdepartmental communication.
• Curate, edit, and disseminate internal newsletters, emails, and memos.
• Analyze and measure the impact of internal communications and engagement efforts.
• Organize and manage internal events and team building activities.
The skills you bring:
• Advanced knowledge and experience in internal communications and engagement.
• Proven ability to strategize, implement, and evaluate communication plans.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable talent in organizing successful events.
• Proficiency in utilizing communications technology and related software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
