To be successful as Logistics Commercial Support Leader you have proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain on operational and/or tactical level. You have excellent knowledge in supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment. Stakeholder management, change management and leading in the unknown is a natural part of your work.
You have proven successful indirect leadership in a complex environment and you know how to deliver business results. You enjoy developing and improving ways of working and your change management skills are strong. Furthermore your understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets are solid. As a person you have a strong collaborative mind-set and you are excellent in building relationships across the organisation, by using good communication and negotiation skills. You also have the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organisation goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Retail Solutions Logistics Commercial Support Leader you will co-lead and enable the design and development of the retail spaces & home furnishing solutions and secure the highest efficiency & lowest cost from a logistics perspective. Together with the Group Fulfilment Availability and Support team you will define, establish and ensure the implementation of Logistics Commercial Support related elements of business strategies with a long-term focus. You will take responsibility for securing fulfilment in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution:
• In close co-operation with Market Support, lead the logistics areas and pre-requisites as part of retail solution design for all customer touchpoints.
• Securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment to the Commercial Team on the market in context of retail solutions and all customer touch points.
• Translate and co-create commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market as integrated part of our retail solution development

To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a customer-centric, fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to-end approach. Enabling us to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners. We are focusing on providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people. Fulfilment Availability and Support is contribute to a seamless customer fulfilment process by managing flow and capacity, secure product availability at all times and secure an optimal utilisations of our network for customer orders. This by always adding value to the customer proposition and contributing to profitability.
