We believe you have at least five years of proven performance in Logistics/Commercial/Supply Chain roles, preferably connected to retail logistics, on operational and tactical level. We believe you have worked with indirect leadership in a complex environment, delivering business results and that you have proven ability to influence in a matrix organisation through strong interdependent leadership. Moreover you have the ability to successfully lead projects or processes on country/national level.
As a person you have a strong collaborative mind-set and your end-to-end orientation is high. You possess the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organisation goals and you have a strong ability to identify need and drive change within the organisation acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. In addition you possess strong analytical capability to enable translation of business and customer needs into development initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
The objective fort his role is to contribute to the development of the global IKEA Store Fulfilment Operations both directly and through the work of with the assigned topics and projects with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
You will:
• be responsible for high performing operations and an efficient distribution network connected to all fulfilment operations in all IKEA stores level
• be responsible for monitoring availability and logistics costs affecting the retail result and to initiate actions when necessary
• be responsible for keeping the total picture of Store Fulfilment Operations together and synchronised
• be responsible for closing the gap in operational performance, lifting efficiency and quality of the operations in all fulfilment operations in all IKEA stores
• be responsible for the development and improvement of existing working methods, processes and solutions for the Group and Market Store Operations function
• be responsible to secure the quality and performance of all running fulfilment operations in all IKEA stores operations during the phase of Customer Fulfilment Transformation
• contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development
• contribute to global and central supply chain development together with Inter IKEA counterparts
• be responsible to provide support, guidance and sharing of best practices for all fulfilment operations in all IKEA stores with the respective market function be responsible for ensuring that the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability Agenda is included in all operational aspects of the business connected to store fulfilment

We are focusing on providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people. Fulfilment Operations takes the overall accountability and direct responsibility for a high-performing Customer Fulfilment Operations organisation.
